| What is buy, sell and trade? |

| It is simply an idea that each registered member can buy, sell and trade with each other.
|
| While, I understand what buy and sell means, please explain how the 'Trade' part works? |
|
|
The word 'Trade' used here means to 'exchange'. Members who wish to 'trade' informs Gemwow of their wish and indicate the terms in which they are willing to trade for. Gemwow then reviews and evaluate the items and assigns a value equivalent to 'barter coins'. If you the owner agree with the assigned value of the 'barter coins' then the rest is easy. Your items are then photographed, measured, weighed and described and uploaded onto the website for other Gemwow members to see.
You then proceed to click on the items you are interested in and the owner of the items (which you have clicked to express your interest) will respond if he or she accepts the 'trade'. In the case that both sides agrees to trade and the value of the barter coins of the exchanged items are equal, then the online transaction is considered completed. The physical exchange takes place with each side shipping to each other (14 days inspection period applies) or gemwow.com act as the intermediary handling and shipping to both parties.
If the barter coins value of the exchange items are greater or lesser, then one party is credited in his gemwow personal account and the other is debited the difference minus gemwow's commission.
If the owner of the items declines your offer, then you move on to select other items with other willing members.

| Can barter coins be exchanged for real money? |
|

| No.

| How will I know how many 'barter coins' I have at any one time? |
|
|
| By checking in 'my account', you will know the value of your barter coins at all times.
|
| What are 'mileage' points? |
|
|
| 'Mileage' points provide you redemption points every time you make a purchase. These points are accumalated over a 12 month period and maybe exchanged for air tickets from Thai International Airlines. You may check for the balance of your 'Mileage' points in Your Account. At the end of the year, the points are accumalated and when it reaches the minimum required level ( depending on the destination to and from Bangkok) you will be notified of your reward and an air ticket will be mailed to you.

| When will Gemwow allow online 'Trading' among members? |

| When there are enough (say three hundred members or more is a specific region) members who share similar need and desire to 'Trade' with each other.

| Is trading limited to specific regions and country? |
|
|
| Yes.

| What are 'falling prices'? |
|
|
| They are prices that 'Fall' and become lower as time passes.
|
| Are 'falling' prices good for buyers? |
|
|
| Yes, because you get to buy it cheaper if there are no other bidder. Time is your partner, the longer you wait the cheaper it gets until someone bids before you.

| Are 'falling prices' good for sellers? |
|
|
| Yes, sellers can really get rid of stock they have been hanging on for years. Dead stock stagnates your whole system and company. By ridding yourself of non moving items, you become 'Purged', clean, freshened and released with new energy!

| Listing fees are the cost for listing on Gemwow for sellers with a limited number of items for sale. If you pay 'Lsting Fees', you do not have pay any sales commisions to Gemwow.

| What are 'photographing fees'? |
|
|
| They are the 'cost' of taking pictures of items to be sold on Gemwow.

| What are the 'description' writing fees? |
|
|
| They are the cost of describing the items to be sold on Gemwow.

| Are the description writing fees different for different languages like French, German, Thai and/or Chinese? |

| What is 'first move advantage'? |
|
|
| 'First move advantage' is a notion to describe the advantage of making the first move. For example, by being the first to 'joining' Gemwow's community, you will receive benefits of prominent positioning, member's options and choices first, lower fees, express services and other incentives and rewards.

| How does the 'first come first serve' policy work? |
|
|
| Gemwow cannot accommodate every buyer or seller. Like in every business, you have to select 'partners' that are compatible and ones that share common goals and values. For a certain time period, Gemwow will limit the number of like suppliers in each category of products so as not to 'flood' the market unnecessarily. So if you are a 'first mover' you may benefit from taking hold of the market ahead of your competitors.

| How much is the cost of photographing the products? |
|
|
It cost approximately US 0.50 cents per image per batch job order of 20 items per product category. Single shots are US dollars 2.00 per image. Group shots are US dollars 6.00 per image. There is a minimum set up charge of US 12.00 per job order. These prices remain the most competitive for the quality of images delivered. The turn around time is usually in 2 to 4 working days.
