| How can I sell on Gemwow? |

| How can I become a vendor at Gemwow? |
|
|
| You can become a vendor at Gemwow if your goods meet the basic criteria of price, quality, and product compatibility of the site.

| What is the cost of opening a vendor store at Gemwow? |
|

| Charges for opening a store on Gemwow site will be Baht 1,666/month/store (payable on a yearly basis)

| Do I have to pay additional commissions on item sold through Gemwow? |

| Can Gemwow ship and collect payment on my behalf? If so, what are the charges and when may I expect to receive my money. |

| Yes. Gemmwow charges a 10% commission on the sales amount for shipping with insurance and bank collection fees. We feel this is a very reasonable amount. You may expect to receive the money once the 14 days inspection period has passed by the customer receipt of the goods. Gemwow will usually take another 3 to 4 days to deal with wire transfers and the local banking system. You will then receive a cheque from Gemwow, so you are looking at approximately 20 days from date of sale.

| How difficult is it to learn how to use the backend administration system to manage my store? |
|

| Not, difficult. In a few minutes you will be writing your own descriptions for your goods.

| I cannot be hassled by having to manage and maintain an online store, can I just consign my goods to Gemwow? |

| Yes.

| What are the charges for consignment sales? |
|
|
| 16% on sales, which includes storage, insurance, corresponding with the customers, shipping and collection for payment. You the vendor however must arrange the photography and descriptions of your products.

| What if the unsold goods are damaged or changed when I withdraw and take back my goods? |
|
|
| Gemwow is fully responsible when your goods are in our possession. We pay you if we are negligent period.

| Can I expect to draw advance money upon consigning to Gemwow? |
|
|
| If your merchandise is good, why not.
|
| How can I be sure of selling on the net? |
|
|
| You can't. It depends on you and your goods and the market. In the beginning, it may take a while for others to find you but we are pretty sure you will make enough sales to make your online efforts worthwhile.

| Does Gemwow provide barcoding and inventory software control? |
|
|
| Yes.
