What a lovely gem! The transparency of this Burma Sapphire is the first thing one notices and can appreciate a "lightness" quality to the gem. A refreshing look different from the more opaque and translucent ones, there is a "feminity" and soft appearance that is very attractive. Note that it "eye clean" with no major internal blemishes. Rare and nice. For the price and the quality you get, I'd say this piece is a bargain! LA/July 2015 |
