A very unique specimen displaying two areas of sapphire (white) growth in the center completely surrounded and covered by micro spinel crystals. The back side is an ashenned color like volcanic terrain and full of interesting observations can be made. The texture and growth formations are evidenced, mica and other minerals can be seen. A real rare find indeed! |
