We've found some really clean, good color yellow sapphires on our most recent trip to Burma. This one is a fine stone, with good clarity, good color and the proportions for the cut are also very fine. "Chet See" is a term used to refer to Burmese diamonds with tint of yellow color. The literal translation of "Chet See" is "chicken fat" or the light yellowish skin of a boiled chicken. Often some sapphires resemble and look like "chet see diamond" substitutes!
