Gray "Artistic" Cabochon with Ruby and Sapphire
A weak-to-moderate asterism effect can be observed under direct lighting.
We have never come across such an unusual corundum with such interesting color combinations as well as artistic motifs! The cabochon has a good polish and is rather flatish in shape. A "star" effect is observed under direct lighting although it is somewhat moderate to weak. The piece would make a nice gift for someone who wants something that is truly unique and special "one in the world"! LA/March 30, 2008
